Data we collect

We process the personal data the wedding host imports about you (name, optional email/phone), your RSVP responses, meal preferences, seating assignment, and any media you upload. This is the minimum needed to deliver the wedding-day experience.

Sub-processors

Cloudflare R2 (media storage), Resend (invitation email), Sentry (error monitoring), Vercel (web hosting), Railway (API + database), Netiva (host-side AI setup only).

Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. The wedding host can trigger an export or full erasure on your behalf via the host dashboard, or you can email us directly.

Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the event plus 90 days, after which the host may archive or anonymize the event. Aggregate statistics may be kept indefinitely without personal identifiers.
